Under which conditions do the patterns of scientific change emerge and hold?

Even with the possibility of a TSC acknowledged, we must visit the topic of what gives rise to the TSC. It is accepted that TSC is applicable to epistemic communities which fulfill certain preconditions. The preconditions may range from communal conditions like consensus to more complex forms with interaction such as relative stability, and autonomy from the regime. Among possible conditions, we should determine those necessary versus those that emerge contingently. The necessary conditions in turn will determine which changes in communal beliefs scientonomy will apply to, herein changing the scope of scientonomy.
