Changes

|Preamble=The concept of an ''epistemic agent'' was made reference to by Barseghyan [[CiteRef::Barseghyan (2018)]] but currently lacks a scientonomic definition. Communities are taken to be capable of taking epistemic stances towards epistemic elements [[CiteRef::Barseghyan (2015), pp. 43-52]] , but it is not clear why this is so, and what general properties a system must have in order to be deemed capable of doing so. The issue of whether individuals can be epistemic agents, or whether tools and instruments can be requires clarification.
