How does the relationship of multiple authority delegation apply to mutually delegating communities? Is there such a thing as multiple mutual authority delegation?

In some cases, a community delegates authority over a certain topic to more than one community; this is an instance of multiple authority delegation. It is also known that in some cases, the authority delegation is mutual, i.e. community A delegates to community B on one topic, while community B delegates to community A on another topic. The question is whether there are cases when the authority delegation is both multiple and mutual.1
