This template is used to print the sentence indicating the authors of a question and the year it was first formulated.
NOTE: As any "printing" template, it doesn't store any values anywhere, but merely prints them on the page.
Parameters:
|authors=- a comma separated list of the authors of the modification .|year formulated=- the year when the question was formulated.
