What is local epistemic action? How should it be defined?

While some types of epistemic actions might be considered as global, there seem to be many other types of actions that are local. A definition of the term is thus required.

In the scientonomic context, this term was first used by Joshua Allen in 2023. The term is currently accepted by Scientonomy community.
