What is global epistemic action? How should it be defined?

While many types of epistemic actions seem to be local, it can be argued that at least some actions are global. A definition of the term is thus required.

In the scientonomic context, this term was first used by Joshua Allen in 2023. The term is currently accepted by Scientonomy community.
