This is a theory that states "Observational Scientonomy is a subdiscipline of Scientonomy, i.e. scientonomy is a superdiscipline of observational scientonomy."
Observational Scientonomy Is a Subdiscipline of Scientonomy was formulated by Nicholas Overgaard, Hakob Barseghyan, Gregory Rupik and Paul Patton in 2024. It is currently accepted by Scientonomy community as the best available answer to the question.
