When a term, such as needs to be highlighted in the text, it should be italicized. For example 'The scientific mosaic consists of the theories and methods accepted by a scientific community.' Titles of books should also be 'italicized', for example 'Thomas Kuhn wrote The Structure of Scientific Revolutions'.
